Otis has been working as professional freelance photographer for more than 10 years. He received his photographic education at Long Beach City College in southern California and the Atlanta College of art in Georgia.

With his background in Art photography Otis has developed his own style of Black & White Fine Art character portraiture. Since Art School he’s been exhibiting his work at galleries and museums all over the United States. Otis’ work is in the permanent collection of the Atlanta Life Insurance Company, The Schomberg Center in New York, and various private owners throughout the United States and Africa.

As a freelance photographer Otis lives and works in the Southern California area where he shoots for various national publications. He also shoots corporate portraits, head shots, character portraits, commissioned portraits, architectural and interior/exterior photography.
